These terms govern your use of Inverted Turtle's iOS apps and this website (collectively, the "Services"). By using the Services you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
Apps downloaded from the App Store are licensed, not sold, to you. Your use is also governed by Apple's Standard End User License Agreement (the "Apple EULA"), which applies in addition to these terms. Where the two conflict, the Apple EULA controls for App Store distribution.
You agree not to misuse the Services, including by attempting to reverse engineer the apps except as permitted by law, interfering with their operation, or using them to violate the rights of others.
Some apps let you create content (notes, drawings, files, etc.). That content belongs to you. We do not claim ownership of it, and unless an app explicitly states otherwise, we do not have access to it.
The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that defects will be corrected.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Inverted Turtle will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, arising out of or related to your use of the Services.
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the Services after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
